3. Client Obligations
Clients registering on the BVM Financial platform agree to:

- Maintain valid KYC status as mandated by SEBI / KRA guidelines.
- Safeguard their account login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Limitation of Liability
BVM Financial Services shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from market fluctuations, technical disruptions beyond our control, or delays caused by third-party RTAs, AMCs, or payment gateways.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
